Ryan Bollinger

My Name is Ryan Bollinger. I’ve been tattooing for 20 years primarily in Eugene, Oregon where I grew up. I would describe my style as illustrative realism. I really enjoy designing tattooing a variety of themes such as mythology goddess’s and gods, comic book characters and things from the natural world including various plants, animals and sea life.

A perfect client would be someone that has a good idea of what they’re looking for theme wise and a location they want their tattoo. some references are super helpful to help understand what they’re looking for. Then I really enjoy doing some research on the topic I’m tattooing and compile my own references and use the combination to create something original as possible for my client. So some artistic freedom is preferred but not completely necessary if they have a very clear idea of what there looking for then I’m happy to create that as best to my ability.
